## What to send for a project inquiry

The most useful starter info:

- Parcel address or APN
- Project type — residential / multifamily / commercial / industrial / mixed-use / master-planned community
- Approximate size (acres or lot count if known)
- Current entitlement status — pre-application, in entitlements, plat-recorded, etc.
- Timeline / target milestones if any

Bailey will route from there. If you don't have all of these yet, send what you have — the parcel address alone is enough to start.

## What Bailey can help with

## What Bailey does NOT do

Land control, general contracting, vertical development. Phases 2, 6, and 9 of the 9-phase land-development process are outside Bailey's scope. If your inquiry needs one of those, Bailey can sometimes refer.
