Beema brings more than a decade of land development engineering to Bailey — site design, grading, utility systems, stormwater management, and roadway design across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. She's comfortable in every room a project passes through: clients setting the vision, developers weighing the numbers, contractors in the field, and agency reviewers holding the red pen.
Beyond the project work, Beema serves as an ASCE Governor for Region 8 and stays active mentoring engineers coming up behind her — the kind of profession-wide leadership a firm is lucky to have in the building.
