Zack Reese

Zack graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Biological Systems Engineering and spent three years in Iowa focused on water resources engineering, specializing in stormwater design and modeling, as well as stream restoration and stabilization. After relocating to Idaho, he brought that experience into the Treasure Valley's complex development environment.

Zack works on projects where coordination and technical constraints intersect — including sites with multiple easements, floodplain considerations, and layered regulatory requirements. He has developed strong familiarity with the Treasure Valley's cities and irrigation districts, which play a critical role in project delivery throughout the region.

Outside the office, Zack can usually be found on the golf course, where a sliced drive is often rebranded as a "strategic layup," or exploring Idaho's rivers, trails, and backcountry.
