What was done

  • Changed phases: [1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9] → phases: [1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8] in src/content/projects/jump-creek.md.
  • Verified jump-creek was the only project with 9 listed — all other projects already had the correct set.
  • Confirmed /projects/jump-creek/ still renders (HTTP 200) with the phase pip for Vertical now correctly showing as inactive.

Why

User correction: “we did NOT do phase 9 Vertical. we would never do that.” Bailey’s scope of work ends at final plat recording (phase 8). Vertical construction is builder/developer territory, not civil-engineering-of-record work, so marking any project as having delivered phase 9 misrepresents the firm’s role.
