What was done

  • Copied .tmp/hero/nampa3_hero.png into the asset pipeline at src/assets/projects/nampa3_hero.png.
  • Updated src/pages/dev-iq/land-use-intelligence/index.astro to import nampa3_hero.png and bind it as the heroImage for the rs4-nampa article card (was jump-creek.webp).
  • Removed the now-obsolete TODO: Replace jump-creek.png with a Nampa-specific aerial comment.

Why

Ryan asked for the swap. The jump-creek aerial was a placeholder from launch — the article is about Nampa RS4 zoning, so the card visual now matches the subject.
