Storyrock article — review fix pass (byline + depth)

What was done

• Fix 1 (accuracy): Removed the ZIG credit from the article byline. The byline previously read “By Ryan Benson, with research and data from ZIG”; no ZIG data appears in the article body, making the credit an over-claim. Byline now reads simply “By Ryan Benson” with a link to /about/ryan-benson/. The byline-role line was left unchanged.
• Fix 2 (length/honesty): Expanded two thin body sections — “Five phases and a 27-acre annexation” and “The Bailey role” — with substantive prose grounded only in facts already present in the article and general land-use context. No new numbers, named sources, or statistics were introduced. Read-time label corrected from “8 min read” to “7 min read” to match the actual ~1,490-word body. Approval-status language left untouched (P&Z recommended; Council decides).

Why

Reviewer flagged (1) the ZIG byline credit as an over-claim since no ZIG stat appears in the body, and (2) the “8 min read” label as inaccurate for the ~900-word article as written.
